Bishop Marlyn S. Wright is the wife of Bishop James E. Wright Jr. who is the Senior Pastor & Founder at The Point 317 in Miami, Florida.
​
She is a 2018 Ambassador of Humanitarianism Award Recipient bestowed by the Global International Alliance which received their accreditation under Former President Barack Obama.

She is a graduate of Truth Bible College (Jacksonville, FL) and Supernatural Ministries Training Institute (Midland, MI) and School of The Great Commission Bible College (Columbia, SC). She holds an earned Doctorate Degree in Theology and two Honorary Doctoral Degrees. She has received numerous awards, honors and even has an award given in her name yearly, the ‘Dr. Marlyn S. Wright Trailblazer’ award. This honor is awarded to Leaders for their community involvement, Civic work and Church outreach. In the Fall of 2023 Bishop Marlyn received ‘The Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award’ bestowed upon President Joseph R. Biden Jr. Administration.
Bishop Marlyn has been pastoring for 21 years. She has planted three Churches in different States and is the Senior Pastor, Founder & Overseer at Life Line Family Worship Center in Fayetteville, Georgia. In 2017 she founded Covenant Ministries Connections which is an Apostolic Spiritual Covering for Pastors, Leaders and Churches throughout the World.

Bishop Marlyn has a powerful prophetic ‘gift’ on her life and is known as a “bullseye” Prophetess. She is a sought-out Preacher and Teacher with a special assignment to build strong Leaders for the Kingdom of God.
She is an Amazon Best Selling Author for "Heal The Little Girl Within Journal", "A Queen Waiting On Her King", "5 Keys To Successful Leadership”, and a Gospel Recording Artist with Songs like “From Pain To Purpose” and “Winning’” that have touched many around the World. Bishop Marlyn has her own Show “Motivation With Dr. Marlyn” which airs seasonally on Facebook Live.

She serves as the National Academic Dean at The School of The Great Commission Theological Seminary.

She is the proud mom to Kenny Gaines a University of Georgia Graduate(Bachelors & Masters Degrees) and Former Professional Basketball Player.

Bishop Marlyn’s greatest passion is her philanthropic work with the Albertio ‘L.A.’ Smith Scholarship Award named after her oldest son who passed away in October 2016. Through her Non-profit Organization they award Scholarships to deserving High School Seniors pursuing their dreams to attend College.

Known as ‘The WINologist”, in October 2023 Bishop Marlyn founded
Winning Against All Odds, Inc. which is a Non-profit organization. Through mentorship, leadership training & mental health workshops she encourages those around the World that no matter what they have been through God has the master plan for their life and He will turn their worst days into their best days so live on purpose and WIN with the hand you are dealt!

Bishop Marlyn Wright is enjoys spending time with her grandsons (Deyon & Christian), mentoring women, training Leaders and traveling around the World.
